How should I care for my Zenko rash guards and fight shorts?

To ensure longevity, we recommend machine washing your gear in cold water on a gentle cycle. Always hang dry; avoid using a tumble dryer as high heat can damage the elastic fibers and sublimated prints.

What is your return policy for training equipment?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, mouthguards and protective cups cannot be returned once opened.

How do I know which size to order?

Each product page features a detailed size chart. Our fightwear generally follows an athletic fit. if you are between sizes or prefer a looser fit for grappling, we recommend sizing up.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Zenko Fightwear ships to athletes worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected carrier.

Are your products suitable for both IBJJF and MMA competition?

Our ranked rash guards are designed to meet IBJJF requirements. Our fight shorts are built without pockets or zippers, making them legal for most MMA and No-Gi grappling competitions.
